Responsibilities:
Design and create high-end floral arrangements for VIP clients, luxury events, and corporate accounts
Lead and supervise a team of florists to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and consistent quality
Source, select, and purchase the finest flowers and materials to maintain our standard of excellence
Collaborate with our sales and events teams to meet client expectations and create bespoke designs
Stay updated on industry trends, flower varieties, and design techniques to inspire and innovate
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in luxury floral design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques
Profound knowledge of floral varieties, care, and handling, with a discerning eye for quality
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills to motivate and guide a team of florists
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
Passion for excellence, creativity, and dedication to surpassing client expectations
